General Questions

Simply visit the signup flow to book a cleaning and as you provide information about your house and schedule, your quote will dynamically adjust.

There are a range of extras available on the signup flow book, but if you need other tasks, we have provided a function for you to book the cleaner for other tasks. You can book the cleaner from 15 minutes intervals up to 4 hours extra work. Just let us know the tasks yu would like the cleaner to do in the "clients comments field so they can bring extra equipment if required.

Absolutely not! We wouldn’t want pushy sales people coming to our house so we would never do that to you. You can get a quote and book your cleaning online. It takes about one minute.

Yes our cleaners bring a comprehensive range of products with them. If you would prefer the cleaners to use your products, please advise in the "Clients Comments" field on the signup flow.

Scheduling Questions

we don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can sometimes meet that requirement.

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house by putting the information in the client comments field.

If you have a security system, remember to either turn it off if you are not going to be home, or advise us and we will have the cleaner contact you to find out how to disarm and arm the system when the cleaner arrives or leaves.

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

When you book your service, we have an online payment system. The price of the clean and extras you want are deducted from your account and held in abeyance until after the clean is completed for 24 hours.

No, but we do have some cancellation policies.

If we arrive at your home and nobody is present, a $75 fee will apply with the balance of your payment returned. Our staff will wait for half and hour and the office will try and contact you before our staff leave.

If a cleaning appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, a $50 fee will apply and the balance returned..

If you are needing to cancel your entire service, these requests must be made by message on the website or by phone call.

On the rare occasion the Kikki's Cleaning Service cancels a scheduled cleaning appointment with less than a 48-hour advance notice, and has no available appointment within the 5 days, the cleaning will be provided at 25% discount.

    Cobwebs dusted from ceiling and wall corners. Countertops and sink cleaned and disinfected. Dust tops of cupboards. Stovetop cleaned and wiped down. Splashback cleaned from grease/dirt. Cabinets wiped down – EXTERIOR ONLY. Floor is vacuumed and mopped. Garbage/recycling bins emptied, and bags replaced.
Wet areas - Laundry/Bathrooms/Toilet
    Cobwebs dusted from ceiling and wall corners. Countertops, vanities and sinks cleaned and disinfected. Clean/disinfect Toilet bowl/seat/stand/cistern. Clean shower screen/tiles/walls. Cabinets wiped down - EXTERIOR ONLY. Floors Vacuumed and mopped. Garbage bags emptied, and bags replaced.
    Cobwebs dusted from ceiling and wall corners. Dust and wipe all Furniture. Clean/wipe switches and power sockets. Clean/wipe window ledges. Dust and wipe skirting boards. Sweep and Vacuum Floors. Mop Floors if not carpet/ Vacuum Floor if Carpet. Garbage/recycling bins emptied, and bags replaced.
Dining Room/Living Areas
    Cobwebs dusted from ceiling and wall corners. Sweep and Vacuum Floors. Clean/Wipe switches and power sockets. Dust and wipe all furniture. Mop Floors if not carpet/ Vacuum Floor if Carpet.

Yes. We our cleaners bring a comprehensive range of cleaning products to ensure we have the right products for your home. If you would like us to use your products, this is fine too. Please advise on the comments field in the online booking form if you have any particular requirements.

We offer a range of services from weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning to Exit Cleaning. You can see the different services by visiting the front page and clicking on the “Services” button.

Our cleaners will also do other tasks such as changing bed linen, making beds, ironing, grout cleaning, cleaning the portico etc. press the services button and look down the page to get an idea of the additional services. Simply add the services you would like added to your clean on the comments section in the online booking form. It will be up to you to estimate the amount of extra time you would like allotted to extra services. The on-line form allows you to book an extra amount of time for the cleaner to do the extras in 15 minute increments. The cleaner will notify if there was not enough time allotted to complete the tasks.

For a Regular Clean, we generally appoint only one cleaner. there may be times when another clean may need to attend due to holidays, sickness or family leave.

In the case of an Exit Clean we will send one or two cleaners depending on the size of the job. Exit Cleans can take between 4 - 8 hours to do thoroughly.

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.
